INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

The Board of Trustees of the Namibia Investment Fund has established an Internal Affairs
Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to oversee the Board’s responsibilities
relating to the financial affairs of the NIF and to make recommendations to the Board in
connection with the NIF’s investment guidelines, investment asset allocations and
financing activities.
