AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE

The Board of Trustees of the Namibia Investment Fund has established an Audit and Risk
Management Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its
responsibilities to oversee the integrity of financial reporting, effective systems of internal
control and risk management of the Company
