The Board of Trustees of the Namibia Investment Fund has established an Internal Affairs Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to oversee the Board’s responsibilities relating to the financial affairs of the NIF and to make recommendations to the Board in connection with the NIF’s investment guidelines, investment asset allocations and financing activities.
The Board of Trustees of the Namibia Investment Fund has established a Governance Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to ensure that the Board fulfills its legal, ethical and functional responsibilities through adequate governance policy development, recruitment strategies, training programs, monitoring of Board activities, and evaluation of Board members’ performance.
The Board of Trustees of the Namibia Investment Fund has established an External Affairs Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to provide oversight for all external issues including stakeholders’ engagement, donations and fundraising, marketing, events, public relations and publications.
The purpose of the charter is to regulate the parameters within which the Board will operate and to ensure the application of the principles of good corporate governance (as contained in King IV and the NamCode) in all dealings by, in respect and on behalf of the Namibia Investment Fund

The purpose of the Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibilities to oversee the integrity of financial reporting, effective systems of internal control and risk management of the Company
